Any sterling silver that is exposed to air will tarnish over time. It is a mix of metals with 92.5% Silver and 7.5% mixed metal like copper. The copper component is what will cause a tarnishing layer on your jewelry, but rest assure this can be easily cleaned by following these tips:
1.) Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, body lotions, oils, and household chemicals as these can speed up the tarnishing process.
2.) The best method for cleaning your Silver jewelry is either with a Silver Polishing Cloth or mild dish soap and soft bristled toothbrush in lukewarm water.
*Silver polishing cloths are impregnated with special chemical agents which will remove all tarnish AND oxidation, even if the piece was meant to be oxidized.

- Custom orders are always welcome. If you see something I have listed that you would like changed or have an idea for an item that you would like created, feel free to send me a message via Etsy and I will be happy to try and accommodate your request!

Most items have a current processing time of 1-2 business days.

Certain items will be listed as “Made-to-Order and have a processing time of 4-6 weeks. Because these items are made to order, there is a no return and no cancelation policy on these items.

Never store your jewelry in a humid environment such as a bathroom or shower area as humidity also causes Silver to Tarnish.

Keeping your jewelry in an airtight container or zip lock baggie is the best storage method for your jewelry when it is not being worn.

- Please make sure to double check that the shipping address is correct before placing your order. Sellers are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses that were not updated with Etsy and/or checked prior to completing your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

- If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of the delivery date to discuss an exchange or return.
- I do not accept returns or exchanges on Earrings or Any Body Jewelry for Hygiene reasons.
- I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations on Custom Orders.
- Buyers are responsible to pay for the shipping cost on returned and exchanged items.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. The Seller has the right to refuse any return/exchange request, if the item is not in its original condition. The return or exchange will not be processed until the item is received back and inspected.

- To clean your Vermeil piece, rub it gently with a microfiber or Cotton cloth to remove any build up. Dawn dish soap and a soft bristled tooth brush work great as well if you need to clean underneath a stone.
- NEVER use jewelry cleaning solutions, alcohol based chemicals or sanitizers while wearing your jewelry, as this can strip the jewelry of the gold layer.
